Religious Exemption Letter

To those who work on the Union Pacific Railroad, this is a copy of the letter that I submitted for religious exemption. It is loaded with the references that I used to develop the letter. I encourage each of you to fill out either a religious exemption or to fill out a medical exemption. I am encouraging everyone to avoid getting this “vaccine” at all costs. From the research that I have done it violates and putrifies our bodies making them unclean and unsafe. I have detailed this in ten points in the following letter. One great source that I found was http://www.lc.org. I encourage you to look through the references that they have listed. I also encourage you to utilize their services if your employer chooses to take action against you for circumventing the “vaccine”.

I have spoken with many people. The common word that comes across is common knowledge of close friends and loved ones who died, had heart attacks, stage 4 cancer, or a myriad of other maladies shortly after getting this shot. It is simply not safe.

I am prepared to draft a letter for anyone who wants to attach it to their medical exemption form. The Union Pacific Railroad offers an option of attaching a letter from a leader of your church. According to the first amendment, this study constitutes a “church” since we are joined together to study God’s Word. I hope to have this letter written in the next few days and will be willing to personalize it for you.

Regarding the form that was given out. The questions are straight forward. Answer them honestly. The second to last question is a trick question which seems designed to disqualify a religious exemption. I encourage you to answer it honestly, cross off any medications that you are not currently taking and explain that some medications are not safe for the body.

Covid 19 religious and medical exemption request

To whom it may concern,

I am requesting a religious exemption from the requirement to receive the Covid-19 vaccine and from having to undergo weekly testing. The Union Pacific Railroad has had a motto: Safety First! This motto engulfs my theology regarding medical treatment. Vaccines are designed to protect a person from harmful conditions. Drugs and pharmaceuticals are also designed to protect or cure medical conditions that are harmful to the body. We are instructed in the scripture that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, every effort must be made to keep our temples clean and protect them from harm. Please read the entire letter. I have listed ten points that explain my position in detail. I will also be prepared to submit a Medical Exemption form if necessary.

I am a strong Christian and hold life sacred. Through my studies of the scriptures, I have found that God demands purity for His people. New Testament instruction identifies our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit that must be kept clean (1 Corinthians 3:16-17). By incurring filth into our bodies, we are fouling God’s temple against specific instructions of the scriptures (1 Corinthians 6:19). The instructions found in the book of Leviticus holds to strict dietary instructions that prevent any perversion or unclean food to enter the body. I hold to these instructions and refrain from eating pork, shellfish, and bottom feeders. My quest for following God’s instructions has not been without effect. I have experienced health and healing since moving on this path.

I have taken part in two missionary trips with a group of doctors to the Philippine Islands. During these trips, I have seen God heal miraculously conditions of blindness, tumors, deafness, strokes, bad eyesight, and a myriad of other conditions. These trips have an archived summary posted on www.eztorah.com.  I am firmly convinced that God is my Healer.[1] [2]

I received the first dose of the vaccine and had a severe allergic reaction. The left hemisphere of my body went numb for three days. My left arm was in severe pain for two weeks. I laid off for three days until the numbness went away. Then utilized my right arm to blow the whistle and tie hand brakes. I was under the impression that the vaccine introduced a small amount of covid-19 where the body would develop immunity. This is how most vaccines work. Due to my severe reaction, I reported this to VAERS and have since done research on the vaccine.

According to the CDC, it is not recommended that I get a second dose of the vaccine:

“Who Should NOT Get Vaccinated

  • If you have had a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or an immediate allergic reaction, even if it was not severe, to any ingredient in an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (such as polyethylene glycol), you should not get an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
  • If you had a severe or immediate allergic reactionafter getting the first dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, you should not get a second dose of either of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech).”[3]

After researching the vaccine to see why I had such a reaction, I was astounded to find that it violated God’s instructions in many ways. I have had many vaccines in my life which were designed to encourage the body to develop immunity. This vaccine is different to the point that I cannot allow it to be inserted in my body. To introduce a vaccine into my body that violates His instructions is simply not an option for me. I hope and pray that the residual effect of this vaccine does not eventually affect my health. I also pray that God will forgive me for receiving the first dose due to my ignorance. The press made this vaccine sound “safe”.  I will expound on this in the following text:

The Covid-19 vaccine has several ethical and safety problems associated with it.

First: The vaccine was developed from fetal tissue that was harvested from aborted babies. Some of the tissue was harvested from “dead” tissue that was kept alive through scientific processes. Other tissue was harvested “live” from living babies recently aborted. God has strict instructions regarding babies. This is found in the instructions regarding “Molech” worship (Leviticus 20:2-5; Jeremiah 23:35). To expound, Molech was a pagan god that demanded sacrificed babies to satisfy him. The unwanted children of the day were sacrificed to Molech. God hated this practice and called it the ultimate abomination that men could stoop to. He further said that anyone who was involved in the practice of killing babies would become the enemy of God and they would be cut off from His fellowship. This is one of the strongest prohibitions that we have in the scriptures.

Secondly: The Covid-19 vaccine uses mRNA splice technology. This in effect inserts a chain of DNA into the body that causes the body to produce “spike proteins” which are duplicated through the body. (See questions and answers from the CDC website: Understanding mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines | CDC.) The problem with this is a direct interference with the design of God. Although the vaccine does not technically “change” DNA, it “alters” DNA through using mRNA as a vehicle. This is blatantly dabbling in genetic modification. I do not eat genetically modified food if I am aware of it due it being made unclean. This modification affects God’s design on the cellular structure to force it to do something that it is not designed by God to do.

Third: Imminent Danger. There is a marked danger in getting the Covid Vaccine. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reports that to date 675,591 people have reported adverse effects through this system. To be specific: 14,506 deaths, 58,440 hospitalizations, 77,919 urgent care, 106,184 office visits, 5,783 anaphylaxis, 7,911 Bells palsy, 1,757 miscarriages, 6,422 heart attacks, 5,371 myocarditis, pericarditis, 18, 439 permanently disabled, 2,910 thrombocytopenia/low platelet, 15,594 Life threatening, 27,336 severe allergic reaction, 7,810 shingles. [4] The problem using VAERS is the gross under reporting that takes place with that tool, it is estimated that fewer than 1 percent of people with adverse conditions have used this tool.[5] The Media has been closely censored by those who desire to promote the vaccine. VAERS is one tool that slips through the censorship. It is very difficult to find the real numbers of those affected by the vaccine. As an example, the European Union lists staggering numbers of reactions: 24,526 deaths and 2,317,495 serious injuries from the vaccine.[6][7]

These three problems constitute a moral and physically dangerous situation where God’s design has been altered, and morality has been ignored. I object to having the vaccine based upon these reasons.

Fourth: Danger from Nasal Swabs: There have been several reports of nasal punctures due to the breakage of the swabs during medical testing. Some of these have resulted in severe bleeds that required medical attention/surgery. My concern is that if weekly testing is required for the unvaccinated then there will be an increase in incidents. The other problem with the swabs is the false positive finding. This has been a problem with the test from the beginning. Many who are swabbed are found to have the virus even though they do not have it. On this same concern, a concentration of those who frequent testing areas will certainly attract some who have covid-19 and are getting tested to validate this fact. Anyone who is in close proximity of the infected people stand a real risk of catching the virus. The test taker has no idea if a person is infected or not. Therefore the danger of infecting others due to the swabbing process is much greater.

Nasal swabs have been sterilized with the carcinogen ethylene oxide. The EPA has flagged this as a carcinogen that affects the body through any exposure. Weekly testing of either the slow test or quick test uses the same style swabs and unnecessarily exposes a person to this cancer-causing agent. Please see EPA website for more information.[8]

I object to having weekly tests from a medical standpoint simply because the environment is not safe. I object to having weekly tests from a moral standpoint because it is allowing a medical test to take place that may break the skin and may possibly introduce harm or injury to the temple of God.

Sixth: Harassment of the unvaccinated: The vaccine does not work. If you receive a vaccine for Cholera, Malaria, Polio, or any other vaccine, it is expected to protect you from the disease. This vaccine has not shown a track record of protection, but instead demonstrates the need for “boosters” to compensate for changes. A large percentage of vaccinated persons are catching the virus. Therefore, requiring the unvaccinated to undergo weekly testing is nothing short of harassment. If weekly testing is required, it should be required of everyone, vaccinated or not.  Weekly testing is a harassment factor built into the federal mandate to punish those who do not receive the vaccine.

Seventh: I firmly believe that God is our Healer. When our bodies are kept pure, God will bring about healing. If we allow impurities to enter our bodies then we are violating the instructions found in the scriptures. There are times when God utilizes medical professionals to treat and cure diseases. I believe in the medical gift of healing. However, if we pollute God’s design through introduction of this vaccine and potentially harming our bodies through the swab testing, we are intentionally standing against God. We are compromising the amazing healing properties that God designed into our bodies.

Eighth: I believe that those who stand against God will also stand in judgment. This vaccine uses aborted babies as a source for the research material. It utilizes mRNA to modify the DNA chains in our bodies that were created by God. Some have immediate reactions to this vaccine. I believe that many others are going to suffer long term side effects that will prove fatal in the near future.

Ninth: Natural immunity: I believe that if we follow God’s dietary laws and eat food from natural sources that our bodies will be well equipped to fight off any disease, bacteria or virus. We may not be comfortable during the fight process but after the fight process our bodies will then have the antibodies to fight any future threat of said diseases. Therefore, I make it a purpose to eat as healthy as my job allows. My lunch is always full of fruit, veggies, nuts, grains, meat and cheese. I avoid any food that is not “organic” to as much as is practicable. Since moving to a holistic biblical diet, I have been much healthier. My thinking is clearer, weight is consistent, and energy is steady. This is not a “diet” it is a practice of my belief system drawn from and influenced by the scriptures.

Tenth: Let’s talk about the law: The first amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” It is my contention that the mandate put out by President Biden is not law. It is a suggestion from the oval office. Congress has not declared this to be the law of the land. If it does become the law of the land, those of us who hold firmly to the religious belief of purity are exempted due to religious beliefs.

A document was printed by the Attorney General in 2017 that explains in detail the protection that religious freedom has in the United States.[9] Although the document is dated, the cases quoted set a precedent. Please look at the following excerpts from the appendix of this document:

“The Free Exercise Clause recognizes and guarantees Americans the “right to believe and profess whatever religious doctrine [they] desire[].” Empl’t Div. v. Smith, 494 U.S. 872, 877 (1990). Government may not attempt to regulate religious beliefs, compel religious beliefs, or punish religious beliefs. See id.; see also Sherbert v. Verner, 374 U.S. 398, 402 (1963); Torcaso v. Watkins, 367 U.S. 488, 492–93, 495 (1961); United States v. Ballard, 322 U.S. 78, 86 (1944). It may not lend its power to one side in intra-denominational disputes about dogma, authority, discipline, or qualifications for ministry or membership. Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & Sch. v. EEOC, 565 U.S. 171, 185 (2012); Smith, 494 U.S. at 877; Serbian Eastern Orthodox Diocese v. Milivojevich, 426 U.S. 696, 724–25 (1976); Presbyterian Church v. Mary Elizabeth Blue Hull Mem’l Presbyterian Church, 393 U.S. 440, 451 (1969); Kedroff v. St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church, 344 U.S. 94, 116, 120–21 (1952). It may not discriminate against or impose special burdens upon individuals because of their religious beliefs or status. Smith, 494 U.S. at 877; McDaniel v. Paty, 435 U.S. 618, 627 (1978). And with the exception of certain historical limits on the freedom of speech, government may not punish or otherwise harass churches, church officials, or religious adherents for speaking on religious topics or sharing their religious beliefs. See Widmar v. Vincent, 454 U.S. 263, 269 (1981); see also U.S. Const., amend. I, cl. 3. The Constitution’s protection against government regulation of religious belief is absolute; it is not subject to limitation or balancing against the interests of the government. Smith, 494 U.S. at 877; Sherbert, 374 U.S. at 402; see also West Virginia State Bd. of Educ. v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624, 642 (1943) (“If there is any fixed star in our constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty, can prescribe what shall be orthodox in politics, nationalism, religion, or other matters of opinion or force citizens to confess by word or act their faith therein.”).”

“The Establishment Clause, too, protects religious liberty. It prohibits government from establishing a religion and coercing Americans to follow it. See Town of Greece, N.Y. v. Galloway, 134 S. Ct. 1811, 1819–20 (2014); Good News Club, 533 U.S. at 115. It restricts government from interfering in the internal governance or ecclesiastical decisions of a religious organization. Hosanna-Tabor, 565 U.S. at 188–89. And it prohibits government from officially favoring or disfavoring particular religious groups as such or officially advocating particular religious points of view. See Galloway, 134 S. Ct. at 1824; Larson v. Valente, 456 U.S. 228, 244–46 (1982). Indeed, “a significant factor in upholding governmental programs in the face of Establishment Clause attack is their neutrality towards religion.” Rosenberger, 515 U.S. at 839 (emphasis added).”

“As with claims under the Free Exercise Clause, RFRA does not permit a court to inquire into the reasonableness of a religious belief, including into the adherent’s assessment of the religious connection between a belief asserted and what the government forbids, requires, or prevents. Hobby Lobby, 134 S. Ct. at 2778. If the proffered belief is sincere, it is not the place of the government or a court to second-guess it.”

To summarize: I am absolutely against the vaccine and against any harmful medication that may be entered into the body. I request a full exemption from this vaccine and from any potential weekly or periodic testing that is associated with it.
